SSK Samaj Seva Samiti holds online meetings so that families across Bengaluru, Karnataka and other states can take part without travelling. Committee meetings, general sabhas, youth and mahila mandal meets, association meetings and special discussions are held on our own secure video meeting room.
Every meeting has its own page with the date, time, topic and agenda. When the room opens, a Join button appears - the meeting runs inside this website, so there is nothing to install on a computer. On a phone, simply allow the camera and microphone when the browser asks.
Most meetings are for registered members: log in with your mobile number and your name is filled in automatically. Some meetings are open to everyone in the community. Members with an email address on their account receive an invitation and a reminder one hour before each meeting.
Rooms are private and protected with a password that the website enters for you, so only invited people can join. Please keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking, use the raise-hand button to speak, and join a few minutes early to check your audio and video.
